Papyrus Australia’s mission is to replace plastic and forest sourced food packaging products with a 100% biodegradable, renewable, circular economy product. We do this through the development and implementation of our technology that creates usable products from agri waste.

Seeking a sustainable, eco-friendly response to growing environmental uncertainty, we have developed a world-first technology which takes banana plantation waste and converts it into products that are alternatives to plastics.

To directly address the negative impacts of deforestation and plastic in our waterways and environment, our long-term vision is to partner with organisations to create a global waste management supply chain across key banana growing regions of Africa, Asia-Pacific and Latin America.
